Application of Insulation Plating on Mobile Phones

In 2020, a mobile phone customer of a well-known brand contacted Enijor business department in order to improve the winding straight-through rate of the coil, hoping that Enijor could provide a product with a surface insulation resistance of 100V and 20MΩ, and hope that the film thickness can reach 3~11 um.

When Enijor received the customer's request, it was extremely challenging to evaluate the case. First, it was necessary to study how to design the most reasonable film structure of the insulating film layer. Second, to prevent the coated film collapse caused by the film thickness being too thick. After overcoming various coating difficulties, the R&D team successfully met customers' needs and met the arduous delivery pressure.

In 2021, based on the success of the previous case of the insulation coating, another well-known brand mobile phone customer also found Enijor, hoping that Enijor will provide another film with an insulation effect of 5V, 2KΩ.
